COVID – 19 UPDATE
We are operating as usual and shipping all orders the within 1-2 business days. However, the postage network is experiencing delays due to high parcel volumes so please allow more time for your order to arrive. We want to assure you we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your orders to you as quickly as possible. You can always check your delivery latest information using the tracking link we provide with every order.
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. If any item is unexpectedly delayed or unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
We charge a varying rate of $8.5 to $10.95 per order postage for Australia-wide Standard shipping and a varying rate of $11.95 to $19.95 per order postage for Australia-wide Express shipping. The postage gets calculated automatically at the time of checkout.
Free Standard Shipping for all Australian orders over $79.
We ship internationally. We are currently shipping to USA, Singapore, New Zealand & India. The postage gets calculated automatically at the time of checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email with all tracking details.
Some products are shipped directly to you by the supplier so you might receive multiple packages. In that case too, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details for all packages.
We take our eco-mindset and translate it into our packaging design. We use a range of sustainable and environmentally-friendly packaging material when shipping orders. We also try to re-use cardboard boxes when possible that we receive from our suppliers to reduce waste and environment impact.
We often use cornstarch peanuts in your order packaging, they are biodegradable and water-soluble. We might also reuse newspaper or kraft paper to fill the gaps in your package and close your box with a paper tape, Where possible, we send packages using recycled boxes or compostable Hero Pack satchels.
Improving customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. Returns is no different. We try to make Returns as easy as your shopping experience with us, as such we have crafted generous and hassle-free return policy which gives you that extra piece of mind.
Change of mind:
We understand circumstances can change and therefore, if for any reasons you have a change of mind about the items you purchased, we will offer a full store credit of the goods purchased. Please contact us via the contact page to inform us about the return. We do not refund the delivery costs for change of mind returns.
Conditions of Return:
Items must be unused and in the original packaging including tags and no broken seals.
A Refund Request must be made within 28 days of receiving the item.
- For change of mind, return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
- For hygiene purposes, we cannot offer refund on menstrual cups, menstrual pads and earrings.
We recommend that you return your parcel with a tracking service and get proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility if your returned parcel is lost in transit. We generally are super fast in processing the request, however, please allow us at least 2 business days from receiving the returns to issue you the store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you have received the items in a damaged or faulty condition, don’t worry at all. We have this covered for you. All you got to do is to contact us within 5 business days should the item be damaged or faulty. Where possible, keep the original packaging and please take a photo. Please contact us via the contact page for all returns. We are more than happy to provide a refund or a replacement subject to stock availability.
Proof of the fault or damage may be requested which may include emailing photographs in order to allow us to evaluate your claim and arrange suitable replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
