In case, your package has not arrived after the delivery timeframe (as provided by the delivery partner), please let us know by filling Contact Us form . We can lodge a ‘missing package enquiry’ with the delivery partner. Typically, it takes around 2-4 weeks to locate a missing package.
We use a range of sustainable and environmentally-friendly packaging material when shipping orders. We also try to re-use cardboard boxes when possible that we receive from our suppliers to reduce waste and environment impact.We often use cornstarch peanuts in your order packaging, they are biodegradable and water-soluble. We might also reuse newspaper or kraft paper to fill the gaps in your package and close your box with a paper tape, Where possible, we send packages using recycled boxes or compostable Hero Pack satchels.

Proof of the fault or damage may be requested which may include emailing photographs in order to allow us to evaluate your claim and arrange suitable replacement or refund.
